This survey aims to get information about all the people working on questionnaires that use DDI or that may be interested in the standard for questions and questionnaires. It is submitted by the DDI Questions and Questionnaires (Q²) Working Group whose main objective is to provide guidelines for building and managing questions and questionnaires using different DDI products and related standards. The group will also work with other expert groups to help identify needs for new material (e.g. training material) and improvement to the standards.
